General Rental Agreement

1. All deposits are NON refundable. 50% deposit to hold your date and time is required at the time of reservation. Cancellation of reservation will forfeit the deposit. Service may be rescheduled on a mutually agreed upon later date.

2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

4. Sanitation fee is $300.00 for excessive matter or spills.

5. Drug use is prohibited by law and will result in termination of rental with no refund.

6. Alcohol Consumed by anyone under 21 will result in termination of rental with no refund.

7. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.

8. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).

9. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof, windows, or emergency exits while driving.

10. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle doing so will result in a $300.00 fine per incident, no exceptions.

11. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet charged in half hour increments.

12. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. travel not advised, icy roads, accidents, blizzard conditions, unsafe driving conditions etc.), service will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon date.

13. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

14. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.

15. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond rated seating capacity of each vehicle.

Upon Confirmation, the customer agrees they have read and will abide by all rules in the General Rental Agreement. Customer also agrees to notify passengers of terms and assumes liability of violations of General Rental Agreement of any passengers.
